Bally is a well-known manufacturer of pinball machines, slot machines, and later arcade games. Its successors branched into Bally Total Fitness, Siz Flags amusement parks, and casinos. Overall, excellent. There are some scratches, primarily vertical, to the black background paint. See to the right of the top center gold bell and in the upper right corner area. Not examined out of the frame.
