B. P. O. Elks Grand Lodge Re-Union Philadelphia July 15-20,1907 Commemorative Plate. The plate has vignettes of Philadelphia, including the Elks Home, around the rim. Because of the reflection, we rotated the plate to get the second picture; that way you can better see all sides. While not marked as such, the plate is similar to a Vienna Art Plate. It is made of metal. It measures about 9 5/8th inches diameter. About 9 5/8 diameter x 3/4 inches
