Like auto dealers giving away Banthrico vehicles to encourage saving for a new car, we suspect Lyon & Healy was encouraging saving for a new piano. History: Lyon & Healy was a Chicago Illinois distributor / manufacturer of pianos. The company was established in 1864. It distributed pianos under its name which were manufactured by others. In 1908, Lyon & Healy opened a factory in Chicago. It ceased manufacturing pianos in 1930, during the Great Depression. Today, the company remains in Chicago, manufacturing handcrafted concert harps, a product line started in 1889. About 5 1/4 x 5 3/4 x 3 inches
